Answer: To achieve the promotion of greater inclusion successful change needs to be facilitated. Sometimes in certain situations the level of change required can be immense and individuals may hold the belief that their contributions are trivial in the grand scheme of things. Contrary to this view Ghandi’s quote in the title would imply that the input everyone has is important, it is therefore imperative that actions are taken irrespectively of how inconsequential they may seem.
For the purpose of this essay it is my intention to focus on the role of a teacher within a mainstream primary school setting and I shall discuss how they as an individual can encourage and enhance inclusion through effective conduct.
