Post Graduate Diploma in Youth and Community Work (YCW)
Answer: Within assignment, I will be focussing on the commonalities & the differences in methods of delivery between one to one work and group work with young people. Throughout this piece, reference will be given to the core values of the course, national Occupational Standards and relevant youth work theory. I will be drawing on examples both from my own field of work and those within my concurrent placement setting, and will be making reference to my personal experiences throughout this assignment.
