Question: Reflective Portfolio: negotiating and client interviewing within the legal profession.

Answer: During large group sessions and workshops in semester one, I studied the skill of negotiating and client interviewing within the legal profession. I recognise that these skills are fundamental to become a competent lawyer and therefore appreciate the importance of developing these skills for future career prospects.

The concept of ‘negotiating’ was a whole new skill for me and the first session gave me a thorough insight into what was required prior and during negotiation.
