Answer: In this critique I will be focusing on four lawyering issues which arose in my advocacy speech, as well as showing what approach I took in order to present my case. I will be explain my reasons for using my chosen approach by relating it to specific theories and sources. I will then clarify how it influenced me by explaining the challenges involved in the advocacy speech and the reasons for the choices I decided to make.

Developing a theory of a case means to construct an argument for a specific legal action, in addition to this, it lays out what outcome you would want from your argument.
