Answer: The fact is that the hospital has an existing location, presumably with a “wired” LAN. That said, things at a hospital typically happen at a very fast pace and therefore we must assume that the build out of the hospital is necessary to treat patients and therefore a high priority which will meet the same “pace” requirements other projects in the hospital would.
