Bullying in the Workplace – The effects and how to tackle the issue.
Answer: This report looks at the increasingly common issue of bullying in the workplace and how it affects both an organisation and the individual.
Using a recent survey carried out by the CIPD, entitled Managing Conflict at Work, throughout the report I will look at what employers are currently doing to tackle the issue and suggest possible improvements that could be made, and also look at any other trends which are highlighted by the results.
I will also be looking at the Anti-Bullying/Harassment measures used by the Highways Agency, Leeds and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council....(short extract)
