Answer: Constitution is a set of rules comprises regulations within which a state is governed. Proponents of a codified constitution believe that this would provide a concrete basis against which state could be held to account and a framework of rights to determine the legality of actions. In the United Kingdom, a partly uncodified constitution is adopted for thousands of hundreds of years that remains a ramshackle construction. No single written constitutional document features uncodified constitution, whereas much of the material that makes up the British Constitution is written down in a number of different documents, including within statutes, treaties, judgments made by courts ,royal prerogatives ,European Union law, ordinary law and royal prerogatives.
