Question: Effect Of An Inhibitor Such As Copper Sulphate On The Activity Of Catalase

Answer: The aim of this investigation is to find out how different concentrations of Copper Sulphate (inhibitor) effect the activity of the enzyme Catalase.

Hypothesis: As the concentration of Copper Sulphate increases the activity of Catalase will decrease and vice versa. In other words, at one extreme (high concentration) of CuSO4, the production of Oxygen will likely to stop completely and at the other extreme (low concentration) of CuSO4 the production of Oxygen is likely to continue with out no change....(short extract)
