1. TASK REQUIREMENTS
You are required to produce your own Personal Development Plan (PDP) reflecting on your learning and experiences to date and analyse how this can contribute to your future personal development planning.
The PDP must be accompanied by a detailed report / commentary which should reflect and critically analyse your learning and experience to date, also considering also how this may be applied in your future development.
You should consider your vision and goals for the future, and how these can be achieved, recognising potential barriers and considering how these may be overcome.
Strengths and weaknesses should be evaluated and you should develop a strategy to meet your stated goals and objectives which should be ‘SMART’.
Your PDP should also consider how the above links with educational and career development within the built environment discipline areas.
It is also a requirement to present a detailed action plan.

In order to create a rich personal development plan one must first identify their greatest weakness with through and valid analysis of each weakness. Following identification of problems one should come up with a solutions, then implement these solutions in attempt to change, in order to become a more available asset for the company.
