Answer: 1:1 In everyday life, things keep on changing and a lot of development is taking places. It is the responsibility of each and everyone to always develop their knowledge, skills, and experience in every job they are doing in order practice effectively. As a manager of healthcare provider, it is my responsibility to make sure the all the staff have regular training towards the work that they will be doing in line with National Health Service and other health regulatory bodies. The importance of continually improving knowledge and practice helps the workers to develop their knowledge, skills, and experience to practice effectively. It is my duty to make sure that all the staff mandatory training is up to date.
