For example:
Value is how much you respect yourself as an individual, your individual belief and how your experiences have shaped the way you act, work or relate with others. As a health worker if you don’t have any values or respect your colleagues will not respect you at all.
Health workers should not allow their own preferences to dominate their working relationship with people.
Because everyone has their own values, belief systems and experiences, we should not allow that to affect the way we work in our present place of work. Your belief system might be calling service users by their first names and this might differ from the way it is done in your place of work; your past experience might be calling...(short extract)
