For the purpose of this report it is the intent of the researcher to propose and justify mitigation methods that could be embarked on with the objective of reducing the likelihood and or corollary of possible future disasters in Eurotown. The researcher will then go on to elaborate how this mitigation activity should be coordinated and incorporate participation of the community. Measures will be recommended that could be embarked on in anticipation of a potential disaster in Eurotown. The researcher will then elaborate the stakeholders that should be participating in the preparedness process and their roles.
