Answer: Outcome 1.1 - As a senior carer it my job to take charge of my shift, delegate jobs and over see that they are done to a high standard, and set a good example for the staff who work under me and also train new members of staff and ensure they know about the policies and procedures and ensure they know the routine of the residents and their person centred care plans to ensure they deliver a high standard of care to our service users. I carry out supervision vision meetings with other staff members to discuss any problems and inform them of their strengths and any further training they may need or want to further their knowledge. I am responsible for signing in the medication on a Monday night and signing out returns.
