Answer: Outcome 1.1 - I believe that good communication is the key feature in a good working partnership, good communication with the client and their family is key in delivering the best possible care and ensuring that care plans and personal information is shared and recorded to the highest standard, good communication also builds good relationships with mutual trust and respect.
You also need to be able to listen to what your clients want and their wishes to provide a good relationship and ensure they receive their care how they want it you may also be the only person they trust and can confide in. You will also need to listen to other agencies involved in their care as well as your colleagues and implement any changes they observe and feel their care would benefit from.
