Answer: 1.1 Partnership working involves developing inclusive, mutually beneficial relationships that improve the overall quality of care. Effective partnerships are made between the children, their carers, the setting and service providers. It is also about relationships within and between organisations and services involved in planning, delivering and assessing childcare settings.
With positive working relationships, good quality care and support for children and their parents/carers will be achieved through identifying the responsibilities of all parties and how these can best be brought together. The most important aspects of effective partnerships are to ensure there is always good communication between all parties.
