Answer: Ai. We all have a variety of relationships with different people through out our lives. Depending on when we meet them and the way in which people are involved in our lives varies. These varieties mean that different relationships have different needs and different affects on each persons life.

A working relationship involves a relationship based on the work in which they have whether this be through employers/line managers or peer group in the foundation of the relationship is based on communication about work and the needs of tenants and tasks etc that need to be completed, often this can be friendly and personal relationships can develop. Even if the working relationship becomes more personal the communication and expectations of how people react in the work place is still key.

Personal relationships also come in many forms but involve a closeness and intimacy that is not found ...(short extract)
