Answer: The purpose of this assignment is to reflect on my professional learning and development through the E210 module, how the learning of the mosaic approach has developed me and my practice using the various tools. I plan to discuss how the research has supported my understanding and extended my professionalism through being a reflective leader of practice.

The setting I work in is small rural village, set in the school grounds, in a portakabin exclusive to us. Currently there are thirty-six children on the register aged between two and four years of age, we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. My role within this setting is the Deputy Manager, as well as being a key worker to Eight Children Three of whom are on targeted learning plans. I am also the Child Protection Officer and second SENCo.
