Answer: 1. I am more determined to succeed and feel ready to take on challenges. It can be challenging to find a balance between work, family life and studying. Being a working Mum of two children, I developed good organisation skills, able to manage my time more effectively. Having children of my own also taught me patience which is helpful skill when working with children. During previous studies, I gained more confidence to learn independently and some work-related skill, such as good communication skills. Good communication skills are essential part of the job as I interact with other teaching and support staff on a regular basis to ensure that children in our care reach their full potential and receive adequate help should they need it.
