Answer: P5.1: An example of when I have worked as part of the team is when I and the other practitioner’s /teachers have had a planning meeting. I stayed behind at the end of the school day and myself and the other practitioner’s sat down and discussed any ideas that can be brought forward. Sharing and discussing our opinions about any activities that may help and could try out in the following week.

Another example of when I have worked as part of a team is at the children’s lunchtime in the food hall. The children are sat at three separate tables in their home groups. I and the other practitioner’s have to work as part of a team to make sure the children are given their school lunch, cup of water and their cutlery.
